Seed Seller Training Radio –
Anytime the weather causes a delay in the planting season, it causes farmers and seed sellers alike to get nervous, anxious, excited, and panicked all rolled into one.
As a result, many times logical thinking gets thrown out the window in place of a “Get-R-Done” mentality and the farmer attempts to plant his crop no matter what the cost.
While that is certainly a natural and common feeling, it has to be one that you, the Seed Seller, keeps in-check.

But there are going to be times when you must take a strong stand on this “planting panic attack.”

On this particular day, I knew my message was not going to be well-received by our customer, but I had to pick a fight in hopes of saving his crop and, ultimately, our relationship.
