So many sales reps today feel like product is the “be-all and end-all” when it comes to selling seed and agricultural products.
Heck, I used to think the same thing early on in my seed selling career.
But, thankfully, I learned there’s a better and much more effective way to sell.
It was especially rewarding for me to be there early in Shad’s career when he stopped worshipping at the alter of “products” and realized the value comes from himself, the sales rep, first and foremost.
