It may sound like I am being Chicken Little and telling you how the sky is falling.
It may sound like that…
But the reality for many salespeople (and companies) is that’s exactly what’s going to happen to them this year.
They’re going to go backward in sales.
And it’s not because of the weather, or the late planting, or because of competitor programs and price deals that will be offered to farmers after harvest.
It will be because they will have no plan of how to combat what farmers are going to do to them this year.
I’m really fired up about this topic and want to help you the best I can.
