CAMPFire is designed to measure the progress sellers have made in their jobs since attending CAMP and DRILL DOWN.
This program throws the student directly into the “marketplace fire” and tests their mental understanding of the strategies and tactics we use to get sales and, more importantly, why we must do what we do to succeed. Too many field sellers never have the opportunity to take their understanding of tactics and strategies beyond the “mechanical” level.
True success in selling is based totally on the complete understanding of why we do things and the philosophy behind our strategies. Without that level of understanding, selling remains mechanical and largely ineffective.
CAMPFire will also test sellers to see if they have truly changed how they think and how they act on a sales call.
During this program, students will practice and role-play one-on-one, in small groups and in front of the entire audience. When you leave this CAMPFire session you will be “on fire.”
This is a 1 1/2 day session.
