I am following your plan how to set sales goals. I’m not “pulling the goal out of the air,” nor am I basing it on last year’s sales as you have told us not to do. Instead, I am basing my goal on getting the 20% free market that is available to me (as you talk about in your sessions). My goal in 3 – 4 years is to be selling 10,000 units of corn. I am selling direct to customers without dealers. Is this goal even realistic? Can one person manage this business? Please give me some guidance. I am very excited about taking my territory to a whole new level.
