ACCELERANT is the highest level training program the R.C. Thomas Company offers seed sellers.  The session is based on Rod’s 15 years as a Minnesota Vocational State Fire and Rescue Instructor and his 18 years in the fire service.  It is based on the Fire Tetrahedron Model—the four elements required to start a fire.  We translate that into what we call the Sales Tetrahedron—the four parts necessary to start a sales fire.

Once the fire is started, students are shown ways to spread that sales fire across their entire sales territory.   In firefighting, most fires spread by a process called “radiation feedback,” where one burning piece gets heat from another burning piece, creating a synergistic heating effect between the two.  In sales, this process is called taking everything to the Systemic Level. When an idea or sales strategy is passed from one person to another and they agree on the idea or strategy, that idea becomes even more effective than it would have been if each person would have executed it alone.  The greater the number of people on the sales Team that buy into the idea or strategy, the more they become systemic, allowing those ideas and strategies to spread faster and more completely across the entire market area all the way to the customer.

ACCELERANT is the most advanced, hands-on, seed sales training program available today.  ACCELERANT combines everything a student learned at CAMP, CAMP Drill Down and CAMPFire to start the biggest Sales Fire you have ever experienced.  There is a special graduation ceremony and a certificate presented at the completion of this hgihly adanced sales program.
